Vision Express wanted to drive awareness and traffic to local store outlets and capture the micro-segments in the market. Online lead generation leads to inquiries but they didn't necessarily translate into walk-ins or sales. The brand wanted to increase footfalls across multiple brand outlets and increase store sales and ROAS. We leveraged on Store Visit Ads to drive footfalls. The Target Audience had a much better understanding of the product and its USPs when they were physically at the store. This led to an increase in Sales and Customer Retention. Ads were shown to people who displayed an interest in the selected keywords and targeting parameters and where a physical store was located at close proximity. This led to an increase in people visiting the store and increased the overall footfall of these stores and locations. Post execution the brand saw an 85.97% increase in offline store visits. As a result of the campaign, the brand saw a 67.54% increase in conversions after running Store Visit Campaigns. There was an 85.93% increase in the number of clicks received and a 99.90% increase in total impressions. The campaign did achieve its primary objective of driving more Footfall across all its store outlets. As a result of the success of the campaign, Vision Express is now bringing Local Campaigns into its monthly strategic planning conversations to drive footfall and increase store awareness. Through the course of the campaign, we Received 375,636 Store clicks and 135,910.00 store visits along with 5,245.00 View through store visits at an average CPC of 5.47.
